Academic Background
A member of the Paris Bar since 1993, François holds a PhD in International Law (HDR) from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University. He also holds a Master of Advanced Studies (DEA) in International Law and a Master of Advanced Studies (DEA) in General Private Law from Paris-Panthéon-Assas University. He is a graduate of the Institute of Higher International Studies (IHEI) of the same university.
