Marie focuses primarily on intellectual property law (copyright, trademark law, design law), civil law (contracts, liability, estate law), and the law of foundations and associations. She advises and assists her clients – including associations, companies, and individuals – in litigation before French courts as well as in proceedings before the INPI and EUIPO.
